RE-ISSUE APPLICATION AGAINST LOST PASSPORT

Applicants, who wish to apply for Machine Readable Passport (MRP) against their lost/destroyed Bangladesh passport, are requested to come to the Embassy for interview. The applicants have to bring the following documents for interview:

• Application for issuance of re-issue passport (MRP)
• Police report from local Police Station on loss of passport (translated into English);
• Photocopy of the lost passport including the visa page;
• Photocopy of the work permit or any other document in support of applicant’s stay-status in Thailand/Cambodia.

The candidates should follow the procedure for renewal/re-issue procedure upon successful interview. The old passport will be cancelled on issuance of new MRP.
