Children of Bangladeshi nationals (father or mother or both) born in Thailand or Cambodia are eligible to register their birth at the Embassy of Bangladesh in Bangkok. Parents/legal guardians of the newborn are expected to apply for the child’s birth registration.
The death of a Bangladeshi national who passed away in Thailand / Cambodia could be registered through the Embassy of Bangladesh in Bangkok. The immediate family members of the deceased are expected to apply for the death registration.
For Birth Registration:
Step 1: Apply online through http://bdris.gov.bd/
Step 2: Pay the fees, if applicable (Could be paid by bank transfer or at the Embassy by debit/credit card)

1. Birth certificate from local authorities of Thailand/Cambodia translated into English and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
2. Passport copies of Father and Mother
3. Birth registration certificate of Father and Mother.
3. Work permit and visa copy of parents.

For Death Registration:
