HELP DESK

The Help Desk at the Embassy has been set up to assist the service-seeker personally in obtaining her/his desired services(s) from the Mission. Typical services rendered by the official manning the Help Desk are:

  • Respond to queries on various consular services rendered by this Embassy;
  • Provide general information on Bangladesh particularly government, tourism, culture, etc.
  • Arrange meeting with the concerned officials/Wings of the Mission, if so required.
  • Various forms for consular service can also be collected from the Help Desk official.
