The following documents are required for a car driving license and registration:

01.  A valid work permit and stay permit copy. 

02. A Valid original passport along with a photocopy. 

03.  A valid house agreement copy (in English) along with the original. 

04. House owner ID card copy along with contact number. 

05. An application from the applicant. The form is available here 

06. Consular fee 110 Baht ( Non-Refundable).

N. B:  The residence certificate is issued only for the abovementioned purposes.
